To access certain features of Evea, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of content you create and share on Evea. By posting content, you grant Evea a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the app.

All content, features, and functionality of Evea (excluding user content) are owned by Evea and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Evea at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Evea is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Evea is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. By using Evea, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
